Active Shooter Training
Active Shooter Training
Workplace Response Workshop
Workplace Response Workshop
A structured workshop for groups seeking a clearer, more confident approach to active shooter preparedness.
A More Personal Way to Build Response Readiness
I begin by helping participants understand awareness principles, warning signs, and the importance of timely communication. The session then introduces response options and decision-making considerations in language that is practical and appropriate for the setting. Discussion remains focused, respectful, and relevant to the group.
Participants have space to ask questions and consider how preparedness fits their workplace or community environment. I use guided scenarios to reinforce concepts without creating unnecessary alarm. The result is a shared framework that supports thoughtful action, communication, and coordination.
Ideal For
Workplace teams
Community organizations
Schools and nonprofits
Group safety initiatives
How It Works
Assess the setting: I learn about your group, location, and training objectives.
Deliver the workshop: I lead practical instruction on awareness, preparedness, and response techniques.
Review key takeaways: The group discusses questions, communication, and next steps for continued readiness.
About
I’m an NRA-certified firearms instructor with experience teaching at a private range, where I worked with military personnel, law enforcement officers, and civilians. My instruction focuses on firearm safety, practical skills, sound judgment, and responsible application.
I’ve also served as a Range Safety Officer and instructor, helping maintain a safe and supportive training environment. My background includes combat and tactical instruction, gunsmithing, and competitive shooting. I’ve competed for the past two years and continue to participate in competition today.
Whether students are learning the fundamentals, building on existing skills, or preparing for a specific need, I aim to provide clear, disciplined instruction that helps them train safely and confidently.
